Due to space and handling limits, we cannot receive:
- Oversized shipments: fridges, dishwashers, laundry machines, sofas, etc
- Construction materials, perishables, or hazardous items
- COD (cash/payment on delivery), freight, or palletized shipments

Important To Know
- 3 store-day grace period included with every package, additional fees incurred per day after.
- Government issued photo ID required to pick up your package. We trust our customers but want to be 100% sure your package is safe and in the right hands.
- Packages held for 45+ days without notice will be returned to sender or disposed of.
- Packages without "OCMS Pickup" noted will not be accepted and returned to sender.
- While we are striving to expand store hours, please be sure to note when package may be delivered or picked up.
- This service is not meant to be used for standard mail receiving. Ask us about mailbox rentals!
